Prayer needed for work situation
Hi Everyone,

For once I am not asking prayer for my daughter, but instead I need prayer for my work. I am the director of a non-profit that provides home visiting services to families with newborns. We help them adjust to life with a newborn plus give parenting info, child development education, etc. Our funding comes primarily from the state and we have not been paid in two months. They are upgrading the payroll computer system and have run into problems. The state has promised to pay us this week, but information I received this morning has hinted that may not happen. I have maxed out the line of credit we established for just such emergencies. I have another payroll in two weeks and we really need this money. These are good people, many of them single parents who do a hard job and deserve to be paid, yet if my agency doesn't get paid we may have no alternative but delay the payroll until we get our money. Please pray for wisdom for me to make the right decision for my staff and my agency.

Blessed Lord You are watching, and You totally understand the spot that Songbird is in. First off..... we pray for wisdom for her, as she faces this mountain...which move would You have her make? This lady's faith has been tested so many times, and with You to guide...she always makes it through. So we thank You that this mountain will be no different....You will lead her in the path of righteousness for Your very name's sake, and we will give You the glory for the rest of our days. amen

Dear God free the money to pay people for the work they are doing. the laborer is worthy of his/her hire. untangle the problems with the state and in the mean time save people from having to be without money. Make the money available . thank you.

Lord I ask for divine wisdom to Songbird as she faces these challenges to make the right decisions, and how to take care of the problems that arise.

Quick update. . . The money is still not forthcoming. The hope is the state will start sending payments tomorrow. If not, I will have to delay payroll until the money is released. I have a lot of single moms working for me so it will be very difficult for them if I have to delay payroll. Lots of prayer needed that the state will release that money tomorrow!

Dear God the state is delaying peoples lives. they must pay the money no question. By your power fill those involved with the knowledge and the power to solve this problem now. Thank you.

Update #2 . . . Still no money, but my accountant has agreed to intercede with the bank on our behalf to get enough money to meet payroll. We won't be able to pay any bills, but I least I will meet payroll! If the money is not released in two weeks I get to do this all over again!
